Tool name : TCPForward
 
Description : TCPForward is a tool that, as its name already says, allows to forward TCP connections on a specific port.
 
Tested on : Windows 7

if you want to eavesdrop on client connections for example on http://www.facebook.com by poisoning dns requests the client systems connect to your system and not to FB itself. by forwarding tcp connections to the real server the victims wont notice it.

there are also less subversive scenarios of course.
